Download a copy of our Clearsoft Retirement enrollment package (.zip) to to sign up for our Simple IRA retirement benefit with a 3 percent company match. Completed forms should be faxed to the corporate office.

If you are planning to sign up for our Health benefits including Carefirst BlueCross and BlueShield PPO with Dental and Vision, dowload a copy of our Clearsoft Health enrollment form (.pdf) and fax a completed copy to our corporate office.

Existing members of our CareFirst PPO plan can download a copy of our CareFirst PPO HandBook (.pdf) and our CareFirst PPO Details (.pdf) for in-depth information about the services and coverage.
